Reviews
Most of the reviews that I work on are up at Crow Reviews, with a few appearing elsewhere, on occasion. We use the word “review” but it isn’t really a thumb’s up or down conversation, but rather a closer look at work produced in the small press.
I write about my impressions, I discuss my perception of the writer’s intentions and the execution of ideas, or a concept. I explore the work, and share what I learn. I try to honor, not deliberate about merit or provide a critique.
